TOPCOM stands for Table Top Exercise and Communication in Disaster Medicine (TOPCOM) which is an annual international conference organized by TOPCOM in collaboration with Ministry of Health, multi-sector agencies and organisations.
The first TOPCOM was held in Kuala Lumpur which was attended by both national and international participants in 2013. TOPCOM covers a wide range of topics including Critical Care, Pre-hospital Care and Trauma, Wilderness Medicines, CBRNE, Tactical Medicine, Ultrasound and many more. International and local subject matter experts are invited to share their experience and expertise, mainly from USA, UK, Italy, Turkey, Dubai, Bangladesh, Qatar, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Australia, India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Africa and Kenya.
